Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or carrier administration fees. These charges depend on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the order confirmation.

United States

Goods shipped to the United States are subject to specific customs formalities. Depending on the shipping service used, applicable import duties and fees may need to be handled before dispatch or may be collected at destination. JUST ONE MORE will confirm the applicable procedure before dispatch, and the order will only be shipped once the required customs formalities have been completed.

Brazil — CPF/CNPJ required

Orders to Brazil require a valid CPF (individual) or CNPJ (company) for customs clearance. Please enter it correctly at checkout to avoid delays, customs holds or return of the parcel. Missing or incorrect information may require the order to be cancelled and placed again. Any applicable Brazilian import taxes or charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

United Kingdom, Norway & Switzerland

Orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT/taxes or customs administration fees according to the rules of the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
