How to Care for Your Pieces: Washing and Care Guide

A good piece lasts for years. A poorly cared for piece lasts one season. The difference is in the details.

Viscose

The quintessential summer fabric: light, cool, and with a perfect drape. Always hand wash in cold water (maximum 30 degrees C). Never wring. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry.

Cotton

The easiest fabric to care for. Wash at 30 degrees C. Turn garments inside out before washing. Can be air-dried.

Guipure Lace

Looks fragile, but with the right care it is durable. Always hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Never rub. Dry flat on a towel.

Linen

Linen wrinkles, and that's part of its charm. Gentle wash at 30 degrees C. Remove from the machine while still damp and stretch by hand. Iron damp at a medium temperature.

Vegan Leather (PU)

Do not machine wash. Clean with a damp cloth. Store away from direct heat.

Golden Rules

  1. Wash less often - most garments do not need washing after every wear.
  2. Use cold water when in doubt - heat is the enemy of fibers.
  3. Turn dark garments inside out - reduces fading.
  4. Air dry whenever possible.
