Exchanges & Returns Policy

Every JUST ONE MORE piece is selected with attention to detail, quality and exclusivity. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help in a simple, transparent way.

Exchange and Return Period

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

This period respects the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to European Union consumers under European Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Portuguese law.

After notifying us of your intention to return, the item must be shipped within a maximum of 14 days.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received;
Show no signs of use, washing, wear or alteration;
Be free of odours, make-up stains, cosmetics, perfume, sweat, tobacco or other marks of use;
Keep the original tags intact and attached to the item;
Preferably be returned in the original packaging or equivalent packaging that adequately protects the piece;
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item has a proven manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or was sent incorrectly due to an error by JUST ONE MORE.

In these cases, after review and approval, we will cover the costs needed to resolve the situation.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, contact us by email:

In your email, include the order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the shipping instructions.

The return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Returns sent without prior contact or without order identification may not be processed correctly and may be delayed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Whenever possible, send photos of the item, the packaging and the issue identified, so we can review and resolve the situation as a priority.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of:

Personalised or made-to-order products;
Gift cards;
Earrings, piercings or similar items, for hygiene reasons;
Underwear, lingerie and swimwear when the hygiene seal, sticker or protective packaging has been removed;
Personal care, beauty or hygiene items that have been opened, used or have no protective seal;
Items marked as final sale, when clearly indicated on the product page.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

Since many JUST ONE MORE pieces are limited editions with reduced stock, the fastest way to secure another size, colour or item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

If the desired item is no longer available, a refund will be issued under the terms of this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be informed whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, without undue delay and within the statutory maximum of 14 days.

JUST ONE MORE may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Bank processing times may vary depending on the bank, card or payment method used.
