Analytics and Advertising Tools

With your consent (managed through the cookie banner), JUST ONE MORE uses the following third-party tools that may collect browsing data:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — traffic analysis, browsing behaviour and store performance. Data may be transferred to servers in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Privacy Policy

  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.) — conversion tracking and remarketing on the TikTok platform. Data may be transferred to servers abroad. TikTok Privacy Policy
  • Shopify Analytics — internal store performance data, processed by Shopify Inc. under its DPA with the European Commission

You can opt out of advertising tracking by withdrawing your consent at any time via the cookie settings or directly on the platforms above.

Email Marketing and Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email exclusively for JUST ONE MORE communications — new arrivals, limited pieces and editorial content. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of every email.

WhatsApp and Direct Communication

If you contact us directly via WhatsApp or email, we only process the data you provide voluntarily in order to respond to your request. We do not use those contact details for unsolicited marketing communications.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Your data is not sold. We share only what is necessary with:

  • Shopify Inc. — store platform (under a certified DPA, servers in the EU and USA)
  • Carriers — CTT and international logistics partners (name, address, contact phone number)
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal and others (minimal transaction data)
  • Analytics and advertising tools — only with your consent (see section above)
  • Competent authorities — when required by law or court order

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to processing for marketing purposes
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
  • Request the portability of your data in a structured format
  • Lodge a complaint with the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt)

Cookies

We use essential cookies (necessary for the store to function), plus analytics and advertising cookies (only with consent). You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or through your browser settings. See the Cookie Policy for full details.

Data Retention

  • Order data: kept for 10 years (legal tax obligation)
  • Account data: deleted on request or after 3 years of inactivity
  • Marketing and newsletter data: deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent
  • Analytics cookie data: retained according to each tool's configuration (Google Analytics: up to 14 months by default)

Security

SSL/TLS encryption on all communications. Shopify security standards (PCI DSS Level 1) for payment data. Internal access restricted to authorised staff with individual credentials.

International Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Shopify Inc. in the USA, Meta, Google, TikTok) under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Significant changes will be communicated by email with reasonable notice. The current version is always available on this page.
