Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the destination. Usual estimates in working days, after dispatch:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 4 days
  • Azores & Madeira: 5 to 9 days
  • Spain: 3 to 6 days
  • European Union: 6 to 12 days
  • United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 7 to 14 days
  • North America & Brazil: 12 to 25 days
  • Asia-Pacific & Middle East: 12 to 25 days

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible at support@thejustonemore.com with your order number.

Will I receive a dispatch confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

Are there customs or import charges?
For destinations outside the European Union — United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Brazil and Asia-Pacific — your order may be subject to customs charges or local VAT. These amounts are charged by the destination country's authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), MB Way, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed in an SSL/TLS-encrypted environment by PCI DSS-certified processors. We do not store card details.

Sizes and Pieces

How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide. Each product has specific fit notes in its description — always read them before choosing.

What is a one-of-a-kind piece?
These are very limited-edition pieces, usually from independent brands or handmade, of which we have only one unit. Once it sells out, it will not be restocked.

Are the fabrics described accurately?
Yes. Every product includes its composition and care instructions in the description. If you are allergic to any material, get in touch with us before buying — we'll be happy to confirm the details.

Accessories and Jewellery

Can accessories be returned?
Necklaces, bracelets, scarves, belts and bags follow the same returns policy as clothing. Earrings and piercings are not eligible for return or exchange, for hygiene reasons and European regulatory compliance — except in the case of a proven defect.

Could the metals in the accessories cause allergies?
We always state the composition of each accessory. If you are sensitive to nickel or other metals, check the description or contact us before buying.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I exchange or return?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt, under European legislation. See the Exchanges & Returns Policy for all the details.

Does returning cost anything?
Return postage is your responsibility, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part — in those cases we send a pre-paid label.
