Gift Card Policy

JUST ONE MORE Gift Cards are the most elegant way to give good taste — for any occasion, with no risk of getting it wrong.

Use

• Valid for any purchase in the JUST ONE MORE store
• Can be used partially — the remaining balance stays available for future purchases
• Not applicable to shipping costs
• Can be combined with a single additional payment method to cover any outstanding amount
• Cannot be combined with each other (one Gift Card per order)

Validity

Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. After that period, any unused balance is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Nature

Gift Cards are not refundable in cash, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not eligible for returns under the general returns policy — except in the case of a proven technical fault with the Gift Card itself.

Security and Liability

The Gift Card code is equivalent to cash. JUST ONE MORE is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, improperly shared or used by third parties. Keep your code in a safe place and do not share it.

Issue and Delivery

Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you don't receive yours, check your spam folder. For assistance: support@thejustonemore.com.

Gifting to Someone Else

To gift directly to another person, you can enter the recipient's email at the time of purchase. You may add an optional personal message. Delivery is made directly to the email provided.
