Pre-order Policy
Some JUST ONE MORE pieces are made available for pre-order before they arrive at the warehouse — for customers who want to secure their piece from a limited edition before it sells out.
What Pre-order Means
Pre-order means the piece is reserved for you but not yet available for immediate dispatch. The estimated dispatch date is stated in each pre-order product's description and in the order confirmation.
Payment
Pre-order payment is made in full at the time of purchase. The amount includes all shipping costs applicable to the selected destination.
Estimated Dates
The dates indicated are estimates based on our suppliers and logistics partners. We make every effort to meet the expected dates. In the event of a significant delay (more than 14 days beyond the original date), we proactively notify all customers with an active pre-order, with no need for the customer to get in touch.
Cancellation during Pre-order
You can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before dispatch, with no penalty. Email your order number to support@thejustonemore.com. After dispatch, the general exchanges and returns policy applies.
Pre-orders and the Right of Withdrawal
Once you receive your pre-order piece, JUST ONE MORE's general exchanges and returns policy applies in full, including the 14-day period and all the usual conditions. This 14-day period applies to all customers, regardless of destination country.
