JUST ONE MORE handles every order with total responsibility — from payment security to the protection of your personal data.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed in an SSL/TLS-encrypted environment by PCI DSS Level 1-certified processors. We do not store card details. No payment data passes through our servers.

We accept: Credit/Debit Card, MB Way, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Anti-Fraud Protection

We use automated fraud detection systems on all orders. Orders with high-risk indicators are subject to additional verification before processing.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that show clear signs of fraud, use of stolen data or abuse of our systems. The refund is processed to the original payment method.

Abuse Protection

We monitor unusual patterns in discount code use, repeated returns and fraudulent behaviour. Customers with a history of abuse may have future purchases refused.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our customer support are disputed with the issuing entity using all available documentation: order record, tracking, communications and photographs of the dispatched pieces.

Account Security

We recommend protecting your account with a strong, unique password. JUST ONE MORE will never ask for your password by email, SMS or phone. If you receive a suspicious message in JUST ONE MORE's name, contact us immediately at support@thejustonemore.com.
