Buy 3, Pay 2 Campaign Terms
Promoter: JUST ONE MORE (VAT/NIF 290 178 045), Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: hello@thejustonemore.com.
1. Period and scope
The Buy 3, Pay 2 campaign applies to orders placed on thejustonemore.com between 9 October 2026 (13:15, Lisbon time) and 26 October 2026 (23:59), while stocks last. It applies to every piece in the store, in the markets where the store is active (Portugal, Spain, the rest of the European Union and the United States). Gift cards are not included.
2. How it works
For every 3 pieces in your cart, the piece with the lowest price is free. You can mix any pieces in the store. With 6 pieces, the 2 lowest-priced are free, and so on. If pieces have the same price, the offer applies to one of them. The discount is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout, with no code.
Example: 3 pieces priced €30, €40 and €50. You pay €90 (the €30 piece is free).
3. Conditions
- It cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotions. You get either the automatic offer or the code, not both.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Shipping and, where applicable, import duties and taxes are not part of the offer and are shown at checkout before payment.
- The campaign may end early if stock runs out. An early end or any change does not affect orders already completed.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
All your legal rights remain. You may return your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving it, under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 and our Exchange and Returns Policy. You may exercise this right for the whole order or for part of it.
5. Partial return: recalculation of the offer
The offer depends on you keeping 3 pieces. If, by returning one or more pieces (right of withdrawal or an accepted return), fewer than 3 pieces remain in a group of 3, the offer no longer applies to the pieces you keep, which go back to their regular price. The refund is calculated as follows, for each group of 3:
refund = amount actually paid for the group − regular price of the pieces kept
You are never charged anything extra: the difference is deducted from the refund, which may be zero but is never negative. The refund is made to the original payment method within the legal period of 14 days from your notice of withdrawal, and may be withheld until we receive the pieces or proof that they have been sent.
Example (pieces priced €30, €40 and €50; you paid €90):
- you return the €50 piece: you keep €30 + €40 = €70, refund of €20;
- you return the €40 piece: you keep €30 + €50 = €80, refund of €10;
- you return the €30 piece: you keep €40 + €50 = €90, refund of €0;
- you return all three: refund of €90.
6. Defects, non-conformity or our error
If the return is due to a defect, a lack of conformity or an error by JUST ONE MORE, the recalculation in section 5 does not apply: the offer stays on the remaining pieces and you have the rights provided by law (repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, under Decree-Law no. 84/2021). If you choose a refund for the piece, it is proportional to the amount actually paid: price of the piece × (amount paid for the group ÷ sum of the regular prices of the group). Return shipping costs are borne by JUST ONE MORE.
Example: the €50 piece is defective. Refund of €50 × (90 ÷ 120) = €37.50, and you keep the other two pieces without paying anything more.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges (for another size, colour or piece) are voluntary, subject to stock, and follow the Exchange and Returns Policy: the original piece is returned and a new purchase is made. Therefore (a) the return of the original piece follows section 5; and (b) the new purchase only receives the offer if 3 pieces are bought in that order within the campaign period. Please contact us before returning so we can find the best solution.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms complement the Terms of Service and the Exchange and Returns Policy, and are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. In case of a dispute you may use the Electronic Complaints Book or a consumer alternative dispute resolution body (consumidor.gov.pt).
