At JUST ONE MORE, authenticity is a non-negotiable value. Our product photographs are produced with editorial care to represent each piece as faithfully as possible to its true colour.

Variations between Screens and Devices

Despite our rigour in photographic production, colour perception may vary depending on:

• The type of screen on your device (OLED, LCD, AMOLED, E-Ink)
• Brightness, contrast, colour temperature and HDR mode settings
• The lighting conditions of the environment in which you view the image
• The operating system, browser and software version used
• Differences between a professionally calibrated screen and a consumer screen

Natural Materials and Batch Variation

Natural fabrics such as linen, cotton and viscose may show slight variations in shade between different production batches — an inherent characteristic of natural materials, not a defect. Handcrafted pieces — crochet, hand embroidery, natural dyes — have colour variations that are part of the value and uniqueness of each piece.

Our Commitment

Returns Due to Colour

Colour differences perceived solely due to screen variations or device calibration do not constitute grounds for a return for "non-conformity". If the colour of the piece you received is visibly different from what was described and photographed (beyond a reasonable tolerance), contact us with photographs — we assess each case with openness and fairness.
