Exchanges & Returns Policy
Every JUST ONE MORE piece was chosen with care. If for any reason something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to sort it out — elegantly and without red tape.
Time Limit
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return, under European Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014. This 14-day period applies to all customers, in any destination country (including the United States, Canada and Brazil), as a voluntary commitment by the brand, and to all orders, including those placed before this update — it is always counted from the date each order is received.
Eligibility Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the piece must:
- Be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing or alteration
- Be free of odours (perfume, tobacco, sweat or any other)
- Be free of marks from make-up, self-tanner, cosmetics or any other substance
- Have all original labels intact and in the correct place
- Not have been washed incorrectly or damaged through misuse or improper care
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible, or in equivalent packaging that adequately protects the piece
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Earrings and piercings: for hygiene reasons and European regulatory compliance (Art. 17(1)(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Underwear, lingerie and swimwear: for hygiene reasons
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces
- Pieces marked as "final sale" in the product description
- Gift cards
Inspection and Internal Approval
All returns are subject to physical inspection upon receipt. JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described above. If refused, the piece is sent back to the customer without a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@thejustonemore.com with your order number and the reason
- You will receive return instructions within 24 hours on working days
- Send the piece to the address provided, with proof of postage (mandatory)
- After receipt and inspection, we process the refund or exchange within a maximum of 14 days
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a proven defect, an item damaged in transit or a dispatch error on our part — in which case we send a pre-paid return label.
International Orders
For returns from outside the European Union, return customs costs are the customer's responsibility. Declare the parcel as "Return — No Commercial Value" to avoid additional charges. For customers in the United States, United Kingdom and other non-EU countries, any import duties paid on the original order are not refundable by JUST ONE MORE.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the inspection is approved, without undue delay, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU. How long it takes to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment processor (usually an additional 3 to 10 days).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request. If the desired piece is no longer available, we issue a full refund at no additional cost. One-of-a-kind pieces (stock of 1 unit) are eligible for a refund but not for exchange.
Faulty Items
If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with clear photographs of the issue. We cover all resolution costs and handle these cases with top priority.
Abuse Protection
JUST ONE MORE monitors unusual return patterns. Customers with a history of abusive, repeated or fraudulent returns may have future purchases refused or limited. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our customer support team are investigated and disputed with the card issuer using all available documentation.
