If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy.

ADDITIONAL PROTECTION CLAUSES — JUST ONE MORE
SECTION 26 — STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products shown in the online store are subject to stock availability. Despite our efforts to keep inventory up to date, exceptional situations of stockouts, synchronisation errors or unavailability after order completion may occur. In such cases, JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to cancel the order in whole or in part, refunding the amount paid for the unavailable item.
SECTION 27 — LIMITATION REGARDING COLOURS AND IMAGES
JUST ONE MORE strives to present products as faithfully as possible. However, colours, textures and shades may vary depending on the lighting used in photographs, photo editing, the brightness and calibration of the user's screen, and the device used for viewing. Small visual variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
SECTION 28 — MISUSE AND SUSPICIOUS ORDERS
JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders that appear to involve fraudulent use, unauthorised resale, abusive activity, misuse of campaigns, suspicious behaviour, or risk of fraud or chargeback. We may request additional identity or payment verification before approving the order.
SECTION 29 — CAMPAIGNS, DISCOUNTS AND PROMO CODES
Promotional campaigns, discounts and promo codes are limited to the advertised period; are not cumulative unless expressly stated; may be changed, suspended or cancelled without notice; and may be subject to minimum purchase conditions. JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to cancel orders associated with abusive use, improper exploitation of technical flaws or fraudulent use of promotional campaigns.
SECTION 30 — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping details provided are correct and complete. JUST ONE MORE is not responsible for delays, returns or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete details, recipient absence, or failure to collect the order from the carrier. If the order is returned to sender for a reason attributable to the customer, new shipping costs may be charged.
SECTION 31 — REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If an order is refused by the recipient or not collected within the period defined by the carrier, JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to deduct from any refund the shipping costs, return costs, and applicable administrative or logistics fees.
SECTION 32 — FORCE MAJEURE
JUST ONE MORE cannot be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport failures, logistics interruptions, natural disasters, fires, pandemics, technical failures, cyberattacks, power outages, customs delays or government acts.
SECTION 33 — RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or limit access to the Services whenever we consider there to be abusive behaviour, harassment, fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, or risk to the operation, security or integrity of the brand.
SECTION 34 — CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND UNAUTHORISED USE
All images, content, descriptions, texts, graphic elements, branding, visual identity and materials on the website belong to JUST ONE MORE or the respective rights holders. Reproduction, commercial use, copying, redistribution or unauthorised use of any content is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

JUST ONE MORE cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of products, incorrect washing, inadequate care, natural wear, misuse, or alterations made after purchase. We recommend always following the care instructions on the item labels.
SECTION 37 — NATURAL WEAR OF ITEMS
Certain materials and fabrics may show natural characteristics inherent to their composition, texture or manufacturing process. Natural wear resulting from normal use of the item does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
SECTION 38 — RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS
JUST ONE MORE reserves the right to cancel orders in exceptional situations, including obvious pricing errors, technical failures, suspected fraud, unexpected stock unavailability, abusive use of campaigns, computer errors or logistical impossibility. In these cases, the customer will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded.
SECTION 39 — PROCESSING TIMES
Preparation and shipping times may vary during periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, special launches, festive seasons or exceptional situations. The times shown are estimates and do not constitute an absolute delivery guarantee.
SECTION 40 — CUSTOMS DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local VAT, import taxes and carrier administrative costs. These amounts are the customer's responsibility.
SECTION 41 — SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION
For security and fraud prevention reasons, JUST ONE MORE may temporarily suspend orders, request additional verification, contact the customer to confirm details, or refuse payment methods considered risky.

Any attempt at fraud, abusive chargebacks, misuse of campaigns, manipulation of the website, use of false identities, use of unauthorised cards, exploitation of technical flaws or creation of fraudulent orders may result in order cancellation, suspension of access, account blocking, reporting to the competent authorities and the adoption of applicable legal measures.
SECTION 63 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING THIRD PARTIES
JUST ONE MORE uses external services and platforms to run the operation, including but not limited to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, email services, analytics platforms and third-party applications. We are not responsible for failures, interruptions or damage arising from services provided by third parties beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 64 — PAYMENT SECURITY
Payments made through the store are processed by certified platforms external to JUST ONE MORE. JUST ONE MORE does not store full bank card details. Despite the security measures adopted, the user acknowledges that no data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free.
SECTION 65 — UNAUTHORISED USE OF THE BRAND
Any use of the JUST ONE MORE name, visual identity, logo, images, content or branding for fake profiles, fake pages, unauthorised resale, misleading advertising, fraud or unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
