At JUST ONE MORE, our customers' reviews are genuine, verified and treated with respect — whether positive or critical.

Eligible Reviews

We accept reviews from customers who have made a verified purchase in the JUST ONE MORE store. Reviews without a recorded purchase may not be published.

Publication and Moderation

• We publish reviews that genuinely describe the shopping experience or the use of the piece
• Reviews may be edited solely to correct obvious spelling mistakes, without changing the content or the rating
• We do not remove or alter negative reviews — they are part of being a serious, honest brand
• We respond to public reviews with the same respect with which we treat any customer in person

Reviews We Do Not Publish

We reserve the right not to publish reviews that contain:

• Offensive, discriminatory or threatening language
• Personal information about third parties
• Spam, advertising or content unrelated to the product or service
• Deliberately false information about the brand, product or quality
• Duplicate or artificially generated reviews

Authenticity

JUST ONE MORE does not buy reviews, does not incentivise them in exchange for a direct benefit conditional on their content, and does not fabricate them. Any thank-you incentives (discount codes for leaving a review) are always disclosed and never influence the rating given.

GDPR and Privacy in Reviews

Published reviews may include the customer's first name and surname initial by default. You have the right to request the removal of your review or the anonymisation of your data at any time: support@thejustonemore.com.
