By using the JUST ONE MORE store and making a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Products and Availability
We work with limited editions and reduced stock. Availability may change without prior notice. In the event of a stock error after order confirmation, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Product images are representative. Slight variations in colour and texture may occur depending on the device used. Composition descriptions are provided based on information from our suppliers.
Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT at the rate legally in force in Portugal. For destinations outside the EU, local taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility. The valid price is always the one shown at checkout.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is approved. We accept credit/debit card, MB Way, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are processed in a secure environment (SSL/TLS) by PCI DSS-certified processors.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are dispatched from Portugal. Times, costs and conditions by country are detailed in Shipping & Delivery Times. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control. Customs charges and local VAT on international shipments are the recipient's responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal
Under European Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to give a reason. JUST ONE MORE extends this same 14-day period to all customers, regardless of destination country — including the United States, Canada and Brazil — as a voluntary commitment by the brand, even where local legislation does not require a minimum period. It applies to all orders, including those placed before this update, always counted from the receipt of each order. Contact us at hello@thejustonemore.com. Once confirmed, you have 14 days to return the item, bearing the return shipping costs (except in the case of a faulty product or an error on our part). The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: earrings and piercings (for hygiene reasons, under Art. 17(1)(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), pieces with signs of wear, and pieces personalised at the customer's request.
Accessories and Jewellery
Necklaces, bracelets, scarves, belts and bags are subject to the general returns policy. Earrings, piercings and accessories in direct contact with the skin which, by their nature, cannot be resold after use are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable European legislation, except in the case of a proven defect.
Exchanges and Returns
See the Exchanges & Returns Policy for all the details.
Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Decree-Law no. 84/2021 (2 years from delivery). In the event of a defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Liability
JUST ONE MORE is not liable for delays caused by carriers, force majeure situations, or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Intellectual Property
All content in this store — images, texts, trademarks and visual identity — is protected by copyright and registered trademarks. Reproduction or commercial use without express written authorisation is prohibited.
Dispute Resolution

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the consumer's right to the courts of their place of residence.
